A career Starfleet serviceman, judge advocate, Wilbur P. Winchester comes from a family with rich Starfleet History predating the formation of the United Federation of Planets itself. Wilbur Winchester was born and raised on Earth, southern region of the North American continent. His family has Texas roots and he makes it known with his flamboyant ‘cowboy’ hat which he wears whenever he can and his hobby of collecting antique firearms, mostly from Earth’s history, but he has a few from other worlds in his private collection. What breaks Wilbur from the average Starfleet officer is that he goes against the grain of the Federation at times, holding actual bank accounts on a handful of worlds and doing ‘business’ with the Ferengi Alliance. As part of the Judge Advocate General for over forty years, he has seen several dozen cases and has gained a reputation for his bullheadedness and determination. He has been known for defending those that others would not take their case. He likes his cases difficult. |
